FHphoto will be hosting a Bikini Fashion workshop at Manly this Sunday 31st Jan, from 3.30pm-6.30pm.
Much of what professionals are called on to do is done on locations. Learn how to scout a location and use existing and artificial light creatively is absolutely crucial to success. In this workshop you will learn how to use natural and artificial light, reflectors or strobes to light and photograph portraits. Emphasis is on lighting technique and how to “write” with lighting to shape the mood, color, tenor, and feel of a photograph.
A professional, paid model will be organised for this shoot, there will be no obligation to provide photos.
3.30pm – 4.30pm, Watch a real photoshoot take place right in front of you, observe and learn how to communicate and direct the model
4.30pm – 5pm, Understanding the basic principle of light and see light from your camera’s point of view
5pm – 5.30pm, Understanding how to modify light
5.30pm – 6.30pm, Practicing what you have learnt and create beautiful Bikini Fashion
Come with an open mind to learn new technique and strengthen what you’ve already know.
